FRANCISTOWN: Botswana Scouts Association (BSA) Rover Commissioner, Daniel Seretse has complained about teachers and parents’ habit of sending naughty children to boy scout camps.

He revealed this during the closing ceremony of the Botswana Scouts Association (BSA) national jamborally, which was held at the Central Park here last week Friday.

When giving the camp overview, Seretse said both parents and teachers have shifted their responsibilities to discipline their children to scout camps.
