A familiar foe has returned to local football as Zebras full back, Thabo Leinanyane has reportedly signed contracts with two sides, Township Rollers and Jwaneng Galaxy. The player’s contract with Galaxy expired last month and he is said to have penned a three-year contract with league champions, Rollers on June 20 before penning yet another three-year deal with Galaxy.

Football Union of Botswana (FUB) secretary general, Kgosana Masaseng labelled acts of this nature as a lack of professionalism. He said the union would continue to represent and advisce players, but does not condone indiscipline. “This is a sign of indiscipline.

For a player to sign two contracts with two different teams, we cannot and we will never condone such behaviour,” he said.
