BotswanaPost unveils online services

BotswanaPost has launched a teleservices channel that customers can use to renew their vehicle licences and postal boxes via the telephone or email and make payments online.

BotswanaPost general manager, marketing and communications Joyce Manase-Ntau said the service is one of their efforts to ensure efficiency in service delivery noting that it will save people time as they would not  have to queue to renew licences or postal boxes.

“Teleservices is a welcome solution for the customer as it allows one to remain compliant without the added frustrations of time spent while queuing to renew both vehicle licences and postal boxes as things are done remotely and electronically,” she said.
