Singapore enter final stage of netball world cup preps

With only three weeks left before the start of the Netball Youth World Cup to be held in Gaborone, Singapore Under-21 coach Huang Po Chin is closely monitoring her team’s fitness levels.

Speaking to the official Netball Singapore website, Chin said after holding a smooth selection for the games they are now working on keeping the squad fit.

“We are monitoring the team’s training load very closely and with the support from the National Youth Sports Institution we are able to gain a more in-depth understanding of their wellness and fatigue levels. This has been instrumental in ensuring that our training programme sustain their bodies.”
