LOBATSE: The Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) branch in Lobatse has accused National Executive Committe (NEC) chairperson, Nehemiah Modubule of manipulating the party constitution to suit his agenda.

They demanded the committee to explain the motive behind his suspension on the eve of the recent Tlokweng by-election and ahead of the Bobonong congress.
