SPTC twinning arrangements failing

SELEBI-PHIKWE: The twinning arrangements that Selebi-Phikwe Town Council (SPTC) has entered into with some municipalities outside the country have not yielded any results for the council.

The SPTC has entered into twinning arrangements with the likes of municipalities of Trollhattan in Sweden, Polokwane in South Africa and Tsumeb in Namibia.

Addressing a full council meeting recently mayor, Molosiwa Molosiwa said the twinning initiatives that were started under the Local Economic Development committee have not been doing well.
