The bus rank stripping culprits are still at large

Justice has been delayed in the case of a young woman who was stripped naked at the Gaborone Bus Rank last week, as the police investigations are yet to pinpoint any suspects, Mmegi has learnt.

More than a week after dozens of men, mostly taxi touts, were videotaped joyously taunting a stripping a young woman in an incident that went viral on social media, police are yet to receive viable information on the suspects.

Yesterday, Borakanelo Police confirmed the young woman had come forward and given a statement in the matter. However, nothing further has taken place.
