BDP Attorney�s Law Firm To Be Placed Under Curatorship

The Law Society of Botswana (LSB) will appoint curators to take control of Isaac Seloko Attorneys law firm and administer its trust accounts.

This is after the two parties requested postponement in a case in which the LSB had applied for disbarment of law firm owner and attorney Isaac Seloko. The matter was scheduled for argument on Thursday before High Court Justice Leatile Dambe.

LSB executive secretary, Tebogo Moipolai told The Monitori that the matter has been postponed to December 11, 2017 to allow the process of curatorship take course.
