LOBATSE: Town mayor Malebogo Kruger has revealed that the construction of facilities at the Milk Afric dairy project has resumed after the plant finally received the environmental assessment green light.

In an interview on the sidelines of council leadership elections held on Tuesday, Kruger said there is progress at the plant after the Environmental Impact Assessment report was released.
