Turnstar completes Game City expansion

The new Game City wing PIC KAGISO ONKATSWITSE

Turnstar Holdings Limited has announced the completion of the development of Phase 4 of Game City shopping centre with revenues from the expansion expected to be realised in the next financial year.

The shopping centre was being expanded to include additional retail space, a fashion avenue, restaurant area including food court, entertainment area and a parkade.

The project was financed through a long-term loan facility of P250 million from the First National Bank of Botswana (FNBB).According to the group’s managing director, Gulaam Abdoola the additional space is pre-let to a large extent.
