New fencing president unhappy with his committee

Even before they could get down to work, the newly-elected Botswana Amateur Fencing Society president, Mandla Masuku has expressed his discontent with his committee. Masuku said he would have liked to work with some of the members who lost the elections on Saturday, but is prepared to work with his colleagues.

Masuku, who is making his debut in the committee, however said he is willing to work with the new faces. He said most of the members were people who were working with the former president, Gaolathe Modongo.

He said he had a special team of his own, most of them professionals such accountants, a psychologist, and a public relations officer with international experience.
