Dealer Dupes Farmers OF Nine Cattle

MAUN: Illegal Zimbabwean immigrant Maxwell Mpala who has since married in Botswana appeared before Maun Magistrate Court on a charge of obtaining cattle by false pretences.

The accused faces six counts of obtaining by false pretences contrary to section 308 of the penal code.

Appearing for arraignment on Friday, magistrate Mompati Sibanda reserved plea.
