State Working On Ntsuape�s Committal Documents

FRANCISTOWN: The prosecutor in a case in which Gobuamang Ntsuape is facing multiple criminal charges, among them murder, arson and threat-to-kill has told the Court that the prosecution is working on his committal documents to the High Court.

Ntsuape is also charged with four counts of manslaughter and one count of disabling a police officer to commit a car accident.

Early this year, Ntsuape allegedly wrestled the steering wheel of a police minibus with a police officer who was driving it.
