Warrant of arrest against Kgafela II still stands

Government will arrest Bakgatla Kgosi Kgafela II if he crosses over to Botswana, Parliament heard yesterday.

The Minister of Defence, Justice and Security, Shaw Kgathi said the warrant of arrest issued against Bakgatla Kgosi-kgolo is still valid.

“….because a Court order once issued remains valid and enforceable unless it is rescinded by the Court that issued it, in this case being Village Magistrate Court.
