Pool tourney second leg kicks-off

The second leg of the biggest pool tournament in the country that carries a first prize of P50,000 was launched over the weekend in Gaborone. The warm-up tournament was held on Saturday where players faced-off to showcase their skills ahead of the tournament.

Speaking at the Earth Life Africa second Annual Pool tournament live draw, the President of Botswana Billiards Confederation (BBC) Terence Tiroyakgosi said his association has done a tremendous job in developing officials. 

He said the BBC has produced referees and coaches who are on Level One. Tiroyakgosi said the officials are recognised and accredited by All African Pool Association body.
