FRANCISTOWN: Stand up comedian, Desire Itani, who featured as a resident comedian for the Zibanani Live on RB2 for 12 years is making a comeback at Diggers Inn on Valentine’s Day after a long break.

Desire is well known across comedy circles having also performed in different settings alongside South African comedians such as Tol Ass Mo, Pule, Franco, Zimbabwe’s Charles Manase and locals Dignash and Ribcracker amongst others. The Francistown-based comedian had taken a backseat from comedy since 2014.

Desire who cut a funny figure himself said being laid off worked perfectly for him.  He said that he returns with a fresh package of jokes that will surely leave his audience in stitches.
