The prosecution in a case in which three men are accused of killing Gaborone taxi driver, Odirileng Kereeng, says investigations have not been concluded.

The Zimbabwean trio of James Ndaba 40, Martin Nkandla, 34, and Sam Ncube, 39, are accused of robbing and killing Kereeng on October 30, 2016 in Mogoditshane.

Broadhurst Magistrate Faith Ngandu further remanded the trio in custody on Monday after state prosecutor Inspector Tsogo Rantopo revealed that investigations in the matter were still ongoing. The prosecutor told the court that they had since seized and taken Ndaba and Ncube’s passports for verification by the Department of Immigration.
