Local jewellery store, Malaika Gemstones has organised a cultural exchange programme scheduled for Thursday afternoon at Masa Square Hotel.

The cultural exchange project dubbed Malaika’s Tour Exhibition will mainly focus on sensitising locals on the Chinese arts and culture.  Local artists will learn from Chinese painter Xiaozhou Gao who is the main facilitator.  “With this cultural exchange programme we want local artists to get the touch and feeling of the Chinese art. This will also be a platform for both Chinese and local artists to engage and network,” Tiantian Guo the director of Malaika Gemstones said.

She noted that part of Malaika’s Tour Exhibition is their Malaika Jewellery Designs collection and 20 pieces of Gao’s artworks.
