BK Proctor, Team Distant team up :: Mmegi Online

Renowned musician-cum-producer, BK Proctor has teamed up with musical ensemble Team Distant on a new Tribal Pop track titled Mmangwane Mpulele. The track is a collaboration that sees both geniuses working together to share musical skills and ideas that consummate in a song.

The song carries an authentic Team Distant sound of indigenous beats made during their early days in the industry with BK Proctor on the vocals executing some pop vocals. This time around BK Proctor is singing throughout the song with no rapping.

“Been doing a lot of collaborations with international artists from different countries such as Nigeria, Zambia and South Africa for my upcoming album and I thought that my album should also have a collaboration with a local act. Then I approached Team Distant because I love their African influenced sound,” BK Proctor said.
