Botswana Yali Network receives disability grant

The BW YALI Network is implementing a project to address issues affecting people living with disability. As is customary, upon return from the United States of America, fellows are strongly encouraged to apply for a grant that they will collectively implement for the benefit of their country.

This year the 2016 cohort is privileged to have received a grant that will address issues concerning people living with disabilities in Botswana specifically seeking to increase inclusion and prevent abuse against people living with disabilities in rural Botswana.

It is on this basis that we extend an invitation to the media for a press conference to be held on Tuesday 7th of February at the University of Botswana, Library Seminar Room (LD25) from 9am to 11am.
