Rollers coach quits over pay

League winning coach, Gaolethoo ‘Ronaldo’ Nkutlwisang has ended her six year stay at Township Rollers women’s team, as she could not continue as a “volunteer”. Rollers public relations officer, Bafana Pheto said Nkutlwisang handed her resignation letter recently.

She argued that she could not continue as a volunteer.

“It is indeed true that our coach has left the team. As you may be aware she has been working as a volunteer so she informed us that she felt that she could not continue with us as a volunteer any longer, so she is leaving the team,” Pheto said.
