NED registers slight improvement in JCE results

FRANCISTOWN: Despite a drop in the pass rate nationally in the 2016 Junior Certificate Examinations (JCE) results, North East District (NED) has registered a slight improvement of two percent.

In 2014, the North East region scooped first position countrywide with 49.6%, but dropped to 43.8% in 2015.

This year the region registered an increase of two percent to 45.1% to scoop position two countrywide becoming the second best after South East region with 47%.
