FRANCISTOWN: A 40-year-old man already charged with one count of murder, allegedly struck again while on bail, killing his lover at the beginning of the year. The state alleges that Michael Ndaba of Tati Siding killed Batedi Machola at Lekomoto ward at Ditladi village on January 5.

In 2013, Ndaba also allegedly killed Morena Jonas at Japane cattlepost, causing grievous bodily harm to Chandapiwa Bule and Peter Makhaya with multiple stabs in the process.

On Tuesday, inspector Kenneth Edward urged the court to deny Ndaba bail saying he stood accused of committing a similar offence while on bail.
