Legend of bodimo: a mystery resolved

In my last article before the festive break, I unpacked who in reality badimo are and promised to show how and why they were the same beings as bo-dimo…which is why they are named so similarly.

Indeed, in the course of this, I will dig up unrecognised clues still half-buried in our nomenclature and etymology as well as revive extremely old and effectively forgotten memories still embedded in our folklore.

How do I manage this? By carefully comparing and collating African lore with Sumerian and other ‘mythology’ as demystified by Zecharia Sitchin and others – and liberally including my own astounding discoveries…including the fact that Sumerian, arguably the oldest written language, is nothing but an ancient but recognisable form of Setswana…which allowed me to go further than everyone else in unpacking what these ancients were really saying.
