BOFEPUSU special congress resolutions

Congress resolved to endorse decisions by Central Executive Committee to litigate in order to asset the Workers and Trade Union rights with respect to the following cases; BOFEPUSU Vs Minister of Labor, a case, which the federation wants, the recently amended Trade Dispute Act annulled for non – consultation.

BOFEPUSU Vs Government, a case in which BOFEPUSU challenges a temporary order of the Industrial Court in a 3% case especially the interpretation of the scope of the Public Service Bargaining Council (PSBC).

An appeal against the high court judgment of 9th December 2016 in a case that the BOFEPUSU wanted the employer to return to the bargaining table, which the high court dismissed on lack of urgency.
