I wish to take this opportunity to thank all those who indulged in alcohol for performing exceptionally well against all odds.You injected P2.2 billion into the Government coffers.Well done even if you were not appreciated in the SONA.

I thank you for beating industries and other businesses like BCL, BMC, Tati Nickel and others, sadly so. Keep drinking responsibly though and make more money for the country.

Even men of God, who buy wines for the communion, should double their consumption to help and raise money for the development of our country.
