Northside raises P975,000 for cancer

Northside School Standard 7s (students and parents) will this Friday hand over a donation to the Cancer Association of Botswana and Journey of Hope, being the proceeds of fundraising activities undertaken during the year.

According to the School, students and parents, undertook a number of projects to raise funds in support of the two charities, which are involved in cancer advocacy and care in Botswana.

The projects were part of Northside’s ongoing efforts to support the two charities.  The School has raised and donated approximately P975,000 for cancer during the seven year period to December 2015, which was donated in equal shares to the two organisations. The hand over of the latest donation will take place on Friday at Northside School Hall at 0730am.
