Battle lines are drawn ahead of the Botswana Tennis Association (BTA) meeting to be held at the Lekidi Centre tomorrow. To stoke the fires, the BTA committee has decided to change the meeting from an elective to extraordinary gathering.

The decision was taken on Wednesday, two days before the highly anticipated meeting, which has come as a surprise to some BTA affiliates.

BTA public relations officer, Shelton Benzah told Mmegi Sport yesterday that they decided to postpone the elections because they realised that most of the BTA membership is not compliant with the Registrar of Societies Act and the BTA constitution.
