SELEBI-PHIKWE: The start of the Youth League in the Selebi-Phikwe region last weekend encountered problems with some fixtures postponed. Selebi-Phikwe Regional Football Association chairman, Barulaganye Moloi told Mmegi Sport there were some challenges, with most teams not fully prepared, which resulted in the postponement of some matches.

He added that there was also a shortage of goal posts especially for Under-13 teams.

“Some teams did not have kits as we are yet to receive equipment from the BFA. We however believe that the situation will have been rectified by next week when all the teams will have been given their equipment,” said Moloi.
