Mascom Top 8 launched as Galaxy debuts

This season’s edition of the Mascom Top 8 kicks off next Friday following the tournament’s launch in Gaborone yesterday.The quarterfinals start with a clash between Township Rollers and Police XI on Friday at the Francistown Sports Complex.

The two giants met again last season at the same stage with Rollers winning 4-3 on aggregate.  Jwaneng Galaxy make their debut in a competition that has not been short of thrills and spills.

Botswana Premier League (BPL) acting chief executive officer (CEO), Thabo ‘Stiles’ Ntshinogang said they are ready for the start of the sixth edition.  He said tickets for the matches will start selling this Friday at Web tickets.
