Zim Man Murdered, Lover Raped

MAHALAPYE: Police here have detained a 27 years old man and his friend over allegations of murder and rape, which took place on the late hours of September 29.

The Mahalapye police station commander, Superintendent Isaac Mamadi told The Monitor that on the day, they received a call that an unknown man suspected to be a Zimbabwean was found lying dead in a pool of blood in a certain yard at Bokaa ward.

While the deceased is thought to be in his 30s, Mamadi said they do not have the exact age of the deceased yet as he did not have any identity cards in his pocket.
