BONELA worried about Siele comments

The Botswana Network on Ethics, Law and HIV/AIDS (BONELA) has called on the government to enact an HIV/AIDS Employment Law as a matter of urgency.

BONELA says enactment of such a law is in line with international trends that recognise that HIV/AIDS in the workplace has become a common cause.

BONELA is also worried by comments made by the Minister of Labour and Home Affairs Peter Siele, who was responding to a question posed by Member of Parliament for Gaborone Central Dumelang Saleshando in Parliament on Monday.
