FRANCISTOWN: Despite unsuccessful trials at Baroka FC, Orapa United’s attacking midfielder, Onkabetse Makgantai has attracted the interest of Democratic Republic of Congo’s AS Vita and Platinum Stars in South Africa. Makgantai was recently sent back after a week-long trial at Baroka FC where he went with his compatriot, Thabang Sesinyi.

Makgantai continues to draw interest from many clubs in neighbouring South Africa and as far as DRC, the team spokesperson Tebatso Hule said.

“We continue to receive offers for Makgantai. He is the most sought-after player in our camp so far,” Hule said.
