Venson-Moitoi: We need leaders, not politicians

The conduct of the national examinations has now reached a crisis.

If anyone had thought that the administration of the examinations was just a minor inconvenience that will easily be surmounted, he or she must think again.  Even the authorities are gradually admitting that the 2010 examinations have been hit by a crisis.

An English examination had to be postponed on Monday and the official line is that the examination had been leaked.  Who leaked the exam and to whom?  It is important to ask the questions for purposes of ensuring that no student goes into an examination without unfair advantage.
