Combined opposition candidate, Seitiso Ditlhong was described as a hard working youth who can articulate issues of the Kelemogile ward very well when voted into council. Ditlhong will be representing the Botswana Congress Party (BCP) during the July 16 by-election. The Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) will be represented by Best Mosadi.
