APEX avails serviced plots in Gaborone North

Apex Properties has availed about 99 serviced plots at A1 estate in Gaborone North to individuals willing to invest in property, but were discouraged by lack of water, electricity and sewerage system.

According to Apex residential sales executive, Isaac Molefinyane they have decided to service the land and sell plots to people as a solution to those who had long wanted to invest in Gaborone North.

“We are coming with a solution for water, sewage, roads and power.  We are excited that most locals are keen on investing in property,” he said.
