Poor Sound Mars Splash Festival

The eagerly awaited show by disco kings Splash in Jwaneng on Friday was marred by poor sound engineering. The show was also attended by a sizeable crowd.

Initially it was planned that live DVD would be shot during the subsequent show at Molapowabojang, but Tshanda told Showtime that due to the poor sound quality of the sound system they had hired, such plans would now be shelved.

Donald Botshelo aka Don B, who is one of the crowd pullers at Splash shows, also wishes to forget the lousy performance he had, thanks to poor sound as the sound engineer failed to make the instruments blend, thus creating 'a noise' rather than a good melody.
