PALAPYE: Three people died when their car hit a cow at Magwaila cattlepost, 30 kilometres from Orapa, police have reported.

Letlhakane Police station commander, superintendent Michael Maphephu said the accident happened on May 21 when a BMW motor vehicle carrying six people aged between 27 and 36 hit a cow, killing three of them, including a nurse.

He revealed that the other passengers suffered multiple fractures and were admitted at Mahalapye hospital.
