Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) president, Negroes Kgosietsile has revealed that doping in world sport has reached crisis levels.

He told delegates at the BNOC ordinary general meeting (OGM) in Gaborone on Saturday that the anti-doping agencies are now at a stage where they will not only be targeting athletes, but also national federations.

As a result, the country is in the process of establishing an anti-doping organisation.
