BDP gags Ntuane again

After seeing to it that the ruling Botswana Democratic Party uses its numbers to suffocate the Gabrone Central Member of Parliament, Dumelang Saleshando's motion to introduce a declaration of asset and liabilities bill the BDP is back again with vengeance. This time they are doing it to one of their own, albeit for the second time.

A press statement from Tsholetsa House states that the BDP caucus, which met yesterday, has resolved that a motion by Gaborone West South MP, Botsalo Ntuane calling for a constitutional review will be withdrawn.

According to the statement the BDP caucus reasoned that the motion was untimely and that more time was needed to allow for further consultations.
