FRANCISTOWN - On Thursday 21 April 2016, FNB Botswana hosted its customers at Francistown to a cocktail session aimed at creating a conversation between the Bank and customers.

FNB believes that having a close relationship with customers is fundamental in improving the banking experience, and this could only be achieved through customer engagement sessions where both parties get to share ideas, experiences and way forward to solve customer angst.

Sharing a holistic value proposition with customers, the Head of Premier Banking Kabelo Ramaselwana unpacked the lucrative proposition, which includes the introduction of Premier suites and Premier Bankers solely availed for their utilisation.
