The case between retired Lobatse station commander, Loeto Ramabokwa and Magistrate Cele Lebakeng is still dragging before the courts. The former top cop dragged Lebakeng to court after she remanded him in prison.

The case continued briefly this week before Justice Godfrey Radijeng of Lobatse High Court judge on Monday. The matter was yet again postponed after the Attorney General (AG) for Lebakeng failed to file their plea.

The former station commander dragged Lebakeng to court last year April. According to court papers, on June 4, 2014, Ramabokwa was arrested by another superintendent, who had served him with a warrant of arrest. The warrant said that it was because Ramabokwa disobeyed the orders of the magistrate.
