SPEDU to roll out tourism projects

SELEBI-PHIKWE: The Chief Executive Officer of SPEDU, Mokubung Mokubung says they hope to keep rolling out tourism projects this year using the subventions they have been allocated in the budget.

Speaking at a budget review seminar held here on Tuesday, Mokubung said SPEDU is impressed that the proposed budget has confirmed the amount to be used in infrastructure and the economic diversification drive.

Although Mokubung did not state how much money they have been allocated, the 2016/2017 budget estimates show that SPEDU has been allocated P31 million in subventions and grants.
