No bail for Montshiwa�s suspected killers

The two men charged with the murder of chief executive officer of Fairground Holdings, Michael Montshiwa have been denied bail. The two, Bampoloki Seeiso and Tumelo Tshukudu, appeared yesterday before Magistrate Ike Raphael at the Village Magistrate Court.

The duo was arrested and charged with Montshiwa’s murder on December 29, 2015. They are charged alongside another man, who Police say is still at large.

In court yesterday, the state lawyer, Ernest Mosate said investigations into the matter are ongoing but indicated that because of the sensitivity of the case, the police will not disclose any further information.
