Miss Africa to get diamond studded crown

Miss Africa Botswana organisers have announced that the queen will be given a diamond-encrusted crown.

The pageant has entered into an agreement with diamond firm Phatsima Jewellery, who are already designing the crown.

Miss Africa CEO Bruce Nkgakile said though they are yet to confirm the diamond carats of the crown, the design stage is already at an advanced stage.
