In a league match attended by officials of the embassy, Wonder Sporting took to the ground wearing a gender-themed kit donated by the embassy.

The jerseys showed the picture a woman with a tape covering her mouth and a statement that read: “End the silence.  Stop violence”.

An embassy official, James Smith, said Wonder Sporting players were also undergoing a GBV training session in order to empower them to educate and support themselves, families and friends.
