Orapa United striker mulls legal action after termination of contract

Zimbabwean striker, Qinani Sibanda, is contemplating legal action after Orapa United terminated his contract this week.

The former FC Satmos and Motlakase player claims he is owed P15, 000 in signing on fees while his contract is valid till 2016. Sibanda Orapa at the start of the season. “I’m left with no choice but to take the legal route over the dismissal.

If they had given me the signing on fee I would understand but when I ask about it, I am being referred to one person after the other,” he said.  Sibanda said his salaries were paid in full since joining the club, leaving the signing on fee as his only gripe.  “I don’t understand why they would terminate (my contract) without notice knowing they said they would give me my balance in January,” Sibanda told Mmegi Sport.
