Mogapinyana man in court for murder

PALAPYE: A 20 year-old man from Mogapinyana appeared before the Palapye magistrate, Thapelo Buang yesterday to answer for a single count of murder.

The State alleges that Kagiso Ofaletse stabbed Kagelelo Majwana, also 20 years old with an Okapi knife on the neck at the deceased’s home in Mogapinyana on Monday.

The prosecutor, Sergeant Mpho Nthabane, told the court that they were still investigating the matter hence he applied for the accused to be remanded in custody.
