FRANCISTOWN: With the Debswana First Division North first round coming to a close, the battle for promotion to the Premier League is among five Central District teams.

Eight clubs have completed their 11 first round matches while four teams have played 10 matches each. 

All top five teams in the league are from the central region. Serowe side, Miscellaneous lead the pack with 24 points from ten outings.
