TONOTA: Contrary to expectations, home ground advantage did not work for Tonota FC during their Debswana First Division North League match against Great North Tigers (GNT) at Rutwang Secondary School Grounds last Saturday.

The home side showed team-work, fighting spirit, hunger, dedication and tactical discipline but still failed to beat their opponents.

This is despite the fact that in recent matches, Tonota FC have had the edge over their opponents. GNT nearly got the usual beating from an impressive Tonota side that attacked relentlessly. Tonota FC outplayed GNT in all departments but failed to score from the numerous chances they created.
